We start with a consultation to understand your goals, medical history, medications, schedule, and eating patterns. Then we build a simple plan you can follow in real life—including guidance for busy days, travel, and social events.

Step 2: Metabolic & Nutritional Support (When Appropriate)

Many people get stuck because their habits and metabolism are working against them. If it fits your needs, we may include clinician-guided nutraceutical support alongside nutrition strategies—aimed at supporting healthy metabolism and making the process feel more manageable.

Step 3: Weekly Check-Ins + Coaching for Real Accountability

You won’t do this alone. You’ll have regular check-ins to review progress, adjust your plan, and keep your momentum going. Coaching may be in-office or remote, depending on your schedule.

Do I have to count calories?
Our focus is building habits and food choices you can repeat long-term, rather than turning your life into a math equation.

Do I have to do intense workouts?
No. Movement is encouraged for health and results, but the plan is designed so progress doesn’t depend on heavy exercise.

Can I still eat out and socialize?
Yes. We teach strategies so you can stay consistent without avoiding life.

Is this program medication-based (like GLP-1s)?
Some weight-loss programs rely on medications; others don’t. Our approach centers on personalized nutrition, coaching, and metabolic support options based on what’s appropriate for you. (During your consultation, we’ll discuss what path makes the most sense for your goals and health history.)
